Our Personnel

JM Contracting Ltd ensures that only fully experienced and trained personnel are employed for the relevant tasks. This enables increased productivity, quality workmanship, reductions in remedial works and safer working environments.

Site Supervision

All sites are continually monitored for progress and quality. Each site will be overseen by an experienced Site Manager/Site Foreman. Each site will also receive regular visits from Senior Management/Health and Safety if required.

Operative & Management Training

JM Contracting Ltd site operatives and management hold current relevant qualifications. JM Contracting Ltd believe in continuous workforce training to enhance ability and provide a greater service for our customers.

Staff Information

Regular meetings with site operative representatives are held to ensure awareness of all issues affecting company policy, procedures and feedback.

Materials & Equipment

All ordering is processed via the Head Office. Materials, plant and all other build requirements are continually monitored for quality, value and adherence to specifications to ensure accurate timing and quantities for deliveries.

Health & Safety

Our Health & Safety Advisor formulates and updates the Risk Assessments and Method Statements, ensures that development and adherence to new Health & Safety Regulations and Best Working Practice are in place. In addition they also arrange for all staff training, monitor sites for control of Working Procedures, control licenses and certifications, equipment and machinery including weekly plant checks.

Accreditations

JM Contracting Ltd operates a policy that the workforce is CITB or NPORS Plant Trained and Certified. JM Contracting Ltd are Acclaim accredited and members of Construction Line.
